WERRIBEE, Australia, Mar. 26–Chantal Wigan and Ferero won the PSI Dressage & Jumping with the Stars World Cup qualifier Saturday, while the mother and daughter, Mary Hanna and Gitte Donvig, placed second and third.
Chantal and the 13-year-old KWPN gelding by Ferro have now won five of the six competitions they have contested since returning last year after three years in Europe.
The pair were scored 71.225 per cent while Mary Hanna and the nine-year-old KWPN gelding Umbro by Jazz scored 68.325 per cent and Gitte Donvig and Port Said 10, were third on 67.350 per cent
In Friday’s Grand, Chantal and Ferero scored 66.447 per cent with Gitte Donvig and Port Said 10, the 15-year-old horse her mother, competed in Europe three years ago, in second on 65.723 per cent and Heath Ryan and his 2009 World Cup partner, Regardez Moi, third on 64.426 per cent.
